　　Quarterback PEYTON MANNING of the Indianapolis Colts， linebacker SHAWNE MERRIMAN of the San Diego Chargers and kicker RIAN LINDELL of the Buffalo Bills are the AFC Offensive， Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played the 13th week of the 2007 season (November 29 ， December 2-3) the NFL announced today.

　　OFFENSE： QB PEYTON MANNING， INDIANPOLIS COLTS

　　In Indianapolis ‘ 28-25 win over Jacksonville ， Manning completed 20 of 29 passes (69.0 percent) for 288 yards with four touchdowns and one interception for a 126.1 passer rating as the Colts improved to 10-2.  Manning recorded his first four-touchdown game of the season and the 16th of his career.  Manning also surpassed JOE MONTANA (40，551) for ninth place with 40，695 career passing yards and tied WARREN MOON for eighth on the all-time list with 102 wins by a starting quarterback.  Manning posted three touchdowns in the first half， tossing a five-yard touchdown to tight end DALLAS CLARK， a 48-yard TD strike to wide receiver REGGIE WAYNE in the first quarter， and a 14-yard touchdown toss to Clark in the second quarter.  In the fourth quarter， Manning recorded his fourth and final TD pass of the day on a one-yard toss to running back LUKE LAWTON.

　　In his 10th year from Tennessee ， this is Manning‘s 15th career Player of the Week Award.  Manning is the second Colts player to win Offensive Player of the Week this season (JOSPEH ADDAI， Week 8).

　　DEFENSE： LB SHAWNE MERRIMAN， SAN DIEGO CHARGERS

　　·         Merriman led the attack for the Chargers‘ defense in a 24-10 win against Kansas City .  Merriman registered nine tackles， a season-best 3.0 sacks and one fumble recovery for the first-place Chargers.  Disrupting the Kansas City offense for the entire game， Merriman posted his first sack of the day in the second quarter and his final two sacks of the game came in the fourth quarter and the San Diego defense posted a season-high total of eight sacks for the game.  Merriman is tied for second in the AFC with 9.5 sacks and is 0.5 sack away from becoming only the second player in franchise history with three consecutive seasons with 10.0 or more sacks (10.0 in 2005， 17.0 in 2006).

　　In his third season from Maryland ， this is Merriman‘s third career Player of the Week Award and his first since Week 16 in 2006.

　　SPECIAL TEAMS： K RIAN LINDELL， BUFFALO BILLS

　　·         Lindell made a 36-yard game-winning field goal with four seconds remaining for his second game-winning field goal of the season and ninth of his career as Buffalo defeated Washington 17-16.  The veteran kicker tied a career-high with five field goals (38， 43， 24， 33， 36)， totaling 15 of the Bills‘ 17 points for the game.  Lindell has also tied a team record by connecting on 17 consecutive field goals this season.

　　In his eighth season from Washington State ， this is Lindell‘s first career Player of the Week Award.  Lindell is the first Bills player to win Special Teams Player of the Week since BRIAN MOORMAN (Week 15 in 2006).
