HOW TO WATCH NFL GAMES ON QQ Live

Users are required to install the necessary QQ Live player in order to watch NFL game broadcasts on QQ Live. Please follow the instructions below to make sure your computer will be able to properly display the live streaming game.

Web browser requirements: Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or later version
**Please note: The QQ Live player will NOT load or display on any other web browser except IE.

1. Open your IE web browser and enter the following address: http://zhibo.sports.qq.com/1000/2005273/index.html. If you do not have the QQ Live player installed, you will see the following:

2. A message bar will appear across the top of the webpage asking you to install the QQ Live software. Select “Install.”

3. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to install this software. Click “Install.” The QQ Live software should download automatically.

4a. Next, click the green hyperlink to install and launch the QQ Live player.

4b. Progress will be shown in the player window.

**If a pop-up window appears regarding your security settings, click “Unblock” and installation of the QQ Live player should resume automatically.

5. Once completed, the QQ Live player should automatically display the live streaming game. Allow enough time for the player to load, especially if you have a slower internet connection speed. If the game display does not appear after installation is complete, try refreshing the page.
